Magic Mike Review: Fundraising for HD/JHD!

Broadening awareness of Huntington's and Juvenile Huntington's disease is so very important to me. My daughter Erin has Juvenile Huntington's disease and I do everything I can to raise awareness and funds for my charity, WeHaveAFace Canada.

I wanted to do something different like WeHaveAFace USA did, so I got in touch with the great guys at Magic Male Revue in Toronto, Canada.

This group of guys are an amazing legitimate business, performing through quality of their staging and challenging choreography. But they are also friendly and have learned about Huntington's and Juvenile Huntington's disease. The are willing to make a difference and help us raise funds and awareness. I am in touch with these terrific guys weekly, and they are excited to help out. Some may question events like this but the Magic Male Revue is a company who helps many other nonprofit organizations with a clean and professional performance. The exposure from this event will definitely help broaden awareness about Huntington's and Juvenile Huntington's disease, and help WeHaveAFace Canada build vital networking opportunities for future events.

I spoke to a woman who came and got tickets for this upcoming event. She said, "I know these performers and they are awesome! You could not have chosen a better bunch of guys. They did a show in Kingston and they brought boxes of toys because it was around Christmas time and then went to the hospital and gave the toys out to the kids!"

I want to thank Jeremy (owner of Magic Male Revue, Canada), for using his own money for advertising, and sending me the event posters and tickets.

I would like to give a special thanks to Penny at The Barley Mow of Brockville for working with us on this event. She has decided to shut down their entire restaurant for this huge event and has been so very kind.
